“I’m really starting to think that reason that the Tea Party people don’t believe in evolution is because they haven’t been part of the process.” – Lizz Winstead (MSNBC)
“You notice how people who believe in creationism look really unevolved?” – Bill Hicks, from clip on Countdown/Keith Olberman
You will notice there are many false statements made by these ‘evolutionists’ who use them to denigrate those with a Biblical world view. It certainly illustrates the one-sided kind of guile perpetrated against those with a Biblical world view. Usually it is from these same types whose whole idea of ethics can be summed up in the word; “Tolerance.” The hypocrisy is obvious when there is no tolerance from this ilk when it comes to people who proclaim the Bible to be the Word of God.

In the second video clip you may notice the words, (in caps) ‘THE WAR ON SCIENCE.’ This so called war is not about science, it’s about world-view. It is an undeniable fact that many of the scientific disciplines we enjoy today sprang from those who were themselves Christians. The war is primarily on those in the scientific community who dare to explore the concept of Intelligent Design, whether they hold a religious belief or not.
It is especially apparent in the world of politics where the “gotcha” moment is the bane of every politician.
Amazingly, all but a few of America’s Founders had as deep or even deeper Christian beliefs than Governor Perry. Imagine how they would be treated by a Keith Olbermann or Joy Behar if running for election today!
Here’s Rick Perry (who I do not support for President, by the way):
